WHY INVOLVE A STYLIST?
There are so many suppliers out there, so finding the right one that can represent your tastes for your day matters. I always offer an initial consultation, whether this be via email, virtual or to meet in person. It's so important we ''get'' each other, especially when you are super excited about your wedding plans! If we are both happy this works, from there the following consultations flow organically between us.
My aim is to help you make your day as true to who you are as a couple whilst keeping your values throughout, design a gorgeous intimate setting, that infuses your personalities and compliments your venue choice, with a view to encourage positive conscious decisions, with sustainable values, escaping the Pinterest rabbit hole with an emotive vibe and aesthetic ''look'' and ''feel'' designed around you, including all the little details, for an immersive experience.
Once you send over your initial contact form, I reply with my Initial Consult (please check your junk mailbox), which is a series of questions, venue specific, to start the thought process in the right direction, designed to help you envision your styling, this comes with an optional invite to have a zoom meeting, whatsapp video all or meet in person (highly recommend at least a video call, as we get to see each other face to face and see if we ''click''). We initially discuss your vision, look through any inspiration galleries (don't worry if you don't have these, this is what I love to do!) and from this I create an initial written and visual for every element of your day, as a starting point to elaborate on going forward. I send an invoice for my time for this, and it comes off your quotation going forward.
I can also arrange/ liaise with florist and stationer suppliers which makes for a cohesive feel throughout. Styling before and/or on the day, taking away the organisational stress of this task when you have planned a beautiful celebration and want to enjoy all the moments during the run-up, with experience in styling and logistics, and importantly, on time.
With a wonderful network of trusted suppliers, I can arrange/ recommend to bring a full complimenting vibe to you and your venue.
The following morning I do the tidy up of my own pieces and carefully organise your own ready for collection so you can enjoy your morning after without having to face the dreaded 'clear up'.
THE NITTY GRITTY - BUDGET!
Everyone has a different budget, and your design will always be exclusively yours. Whilst I limit my availability to concentrate on my full venue design bookings, I can accommodate a few smaller designs throughout the year, particularly out of my wedding season (May to mid October).
For Wedding Styling, I am working from £2,000+ for 2025 and as a guide, most of my fully design lead styling briefs are around £3,500+. This completely depends upon the scale of your design, so please talk to me about what works for you.
I no longer provide a dry hire service as I like to be able to dedicate time to my couples with full venue design & styling!
